Roller conveyor PA1500
 
PA1500 consists of a large number of ready to assemble modules suitable for machine and system builders that delivers both small and large pallet handling systems.

Special consideration has been taken to create a module structure that is easy to assemble, gives high flexibility and availability, as well as user and service friendly solutions.

PA1500 is based on more than 25 years of experience of manufacturing conveyors for many different types of pallet handling.

 

 
Characteristics
 
Frame:
Strong C-profile, useful for the major part of the occuring functions and designed with consideration to service, operation and personal safety.
 
The drive:
A 5/8" chain is standard. Longitudinal chain or roller to roller drive.
May also be produced according to specific needs from the customer.
 
Rollers:
The flexible design of the modules offers within the same basic concept
gravity
positive driven
accumulating rollers.
In addition to standard there are a number of variants for different load weights and environmental demands.
 
Dimesioning:
The modules are designed to handle pallets with loads up to 1500 kg.
They can be designed for heavier weights if necessary.
 
Surface treatment:
MHModules standard RAL3020 or zinc plated.

 
Properties
 
Side frame
Consists of a strong C-profile with a large number of pre-punched holes that can be used throughout for all types of conveyors within the PA1500 family.
Gravity, positive driven and accumulating conveyors. 

Chain conveyors and plastic modular belt conveyors.
Advantages: Harmonises well when different types of conveyors are combined.

The strong C-profile in combination with the pre-punched holes ensures that all conveyors can be put together with standardized, serial produced components, which gives cost-efficient advantages.
 
The drive
The longitudinal chain drive is standard.
Advantages: Side mounted motors makes the system service friendly and cost-efficient.
A tension-unit for the longitudinal chain is placed within easy access in one of the side frames.
Additionally, the longitudinal chain has a low noise level.
 
Rollers
The rollers are firmly mounted in the frame by end mounted screws.
Advantages: The rollers can be changed quickly by loosening 2 screws without any disassembly of the conveyor.
The short axle ends allow greater loads per roller.
 
Standard components
The modules are to a great extent made of standardized components available on the market.
Advantages: Critical components are always available in differnt countries.
